Latest daily seals of the received play statistics

GET /v1/stats-seals

https://verify.tanba-ooh.kz/v1/stats-seals

The newest 30 seals, newest first. Every Almaty day, shortly after midnight, the platform seals the statistics batches it received the day before in one Merkle root, signs the root with its status key, and records the seal in the public ledger on the day it was made. Only counts and the root are public. Served on the verify and app hosts, cached for 60 seconds.
